This wonderful shop cured my fear of mechanics! So I normally HATE going to auto-shops, in much the same way that most people hate going to the dentist. So I just stopped taking my car in for tune-ups. This of course resulted in the inevitable break-down. I assumed my neglected 2007 Honda was done for. By chance I took my un-drivable, broken down car to Phoenix Auto Care, and I am so SO glad I did. From the minute my car was dropped off, I was given personal attention, explanations, options, and more valuable than anything TRUSTWORTHY opinions. Johnny (the owner) and Juan (the Mechanic) get TOP MARKS for knowledge, friendliness, integrity and communication! At the end of a short week, my car was not only fixed and running (I thought it was done for!), but it was not repaired-- it was cleaned, detailed, test-driven with me, and left in better shape than it has been in 10 years. (M fiancé literally said, "I've never seen your car look like this") Pricing was super transparent and reasonable! Phoenix Auto Care is a true gem and I will be whole heartedly recommending it to friends and family moving forward!

Juan and his team went above and beyond. I needed a new radiator, flush, and some brake work done. They were honest about the different options that I had available and how they could save me costs. We even went for a test drive afterwards and have a one week checkup. I’ll be returning here anytime I need auto work done.

My friend referred me to this body shop. My BMW IX needed repairs after it was hit from the back. I cannot express how grateful I am to the team who worked on my vehicle. I would like to personally give my thanks to Johnny and Juan who were so incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and even helped advocate for me to my insurance and rental car services. This entire situation was so stressful, but the staff at Phoenix Auto Care were truly my life saver. Since the damage to my car was so severe that I thought it would take long for me to get it back. Surprisingly, my car was back much sooner than I expected. My car came back in perfect condition, and cleaner than it’s ever been. I highly recommend their service.

I had a really positive experience with Phoenix Auto Care and wanted to share because it’s honestly difficult finding a mechanic shop that feels trustworthy and professional. I’m usually someone who never writes reviews, but my experience here genuinely stood out. Juan and the owner Johnny were patient, knowledgeable, and very transparent about what was going on with my Infiniti Q50. I was dealing with ongoing engine/check engine light issues, and Juan took the time to really help me understand what could be causing the problem instead of immediately jumping to expensive repairs and recommending costly work. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. The level of integrity and customer care really stood out to me because a lot of places would have pushed unnecessary repairs right away. They even let me use a loaner car, which made the whole situation so much less stressful, more manageable, and I left feeling like this shop genuinely cared about helping rather than just making a sale. I’ll definitely be returning for future business and have already recommended this shop to friends and family. (P.S: My car was returned to me in the cleanest condition I have ever seen since buying it! Detailed and washed inside and out. I was literally blown away.)

I had a great experience at this auto shop. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything. Pricing was fair and transparent — no surprise charges. The work was completed on time, and my car is running perfectly. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend.
