This Father and Son shop is an excellent place to take your car for service and smog checks. Over the years they have helped me keep my car in good order and done my smog certificates. View on GoogleDennis, the owner and his crew are excellent. I took my 1994 Chevy c2500 to them because I needed my ball joints, oil pan gasket, power steering hose, and gear box worked on. I was also on a very tight schedule and Dennis assured me that my truck will be ready in a timely manner. Not only did he keep his word, my truck drives great again! I was struggling to find a trustworthy mechanic Shop, but I finally found it. If you’re looking for great customer service and honest work, P&W Auto Services is the spot!
View on GoogleI requested Oil & Filter service and brake inspection be performed on my 2002 Toyota Tacoma and I specifically emphasized that I wanted no leaks from the engine area after the service. When finished I drove approximately 1 mile to my house parked the vehicle for about 30 minutes and then noticed 4 oil spots that came from the vehicle chassis. Then went under the truck and wiped off excess oil from the undercarriage so I would have no further damage my parking garage floor I called to tell the owner Al that I was unsatisfied with oil leak on the undercarriage and told Al that I cleaned off the excess oil from the undercarriage. When I spoke with Al about my complaint he gave me an attitude and insisted I bring the vehicle back after I had already cleaned up the mess the service employee made I don't and won't recommend anyone who takes pride in their vehicle use P and W Auto Service for their vehicle service and maintenance. Poor customer service with Al's attitude 👇
View on GoogleThe owner was very helpful and knowledgeable on auto repair especially smog inspection. Very few mechanics fix old cars due to the rules and regulations of the state of California. This place will work on your new and old vehicles with no problem. Well recommended to everyone and you will definitely be satisfied with his service, I was very happy when my old 2006 toyota highlander passed smog. Thank you Dennis!
