New Century Mazda Service Center

Jerry was very helpful with the initial issue I brought the car in for - however I realized that there was a scratch on my bumper after picking up my vehicle that wasn’t there before. I sent a message to Jerry Sunday when I noticed it and haven’t heard back from him. I would like to get this resolved/looked into as I definitely did not cause this damage. My visit to this dealership was great up until that point

Friendly and professional staff. Service was a bit longer than expected. Came in with two screws in the rear passenger tire. I did go to a local tire shop and they said they were too close to the sidewall and they would not fix the tire for safety reasons. They also did not have my tire in stock. So I brought the car to New Century, where I actually bought the car back in July of last year, and asked to buy a new tire. They didn't have mine in stock and put in the order. Then offered me a loaner vehicle for free - which was a nice perk. I got a call the next day saying the tire is on backorder and they had no idea when (or even if) it would come in. So I asked them to pull on the screws and see if I had an actual leak - maybe I was lucky and they were just in the treads. They complied and sent me a video, showing I indeed had a leak. So I put in an order for whatever tire was next on the service reps list. This was a Friday, and the tire came in Monday. I texted the rep but got no response on Monday morning - apparently they had the day off. My tire got replaced that Monday afternoon - I could tell from my app that the tire pressure changed and seemed fine. I texted and called the rep on Tuesday morning, but got no response again. I contacted the general service department phone number, and they finally patched me through to the rep. I was then informed I could come in and pick up my car. The tire tread looks VERY different, compared to the old tire (and the other three tires.) I am now thinking about getting the other rear tire replaced just so things are more even; I hear it's bad for one new tire to mix in with older ones, but the rep said this would be fine since I had only 7k miles on the car and tires. I'm not convinced. The work done seems ok. The tire looks fine but the rim has a lot of gooey stuff all over it. The car seems to driving fine, but I do wonder if I should get the other rear tire changed to match.

Jerry Chinchilla and his team were awesome. I went for a 30k mile maintenance appointment. They explained everything about the various tiers and pricing so clearly, and took extra care to ensure the timing of my appointment was convenient. They gave me a loaner car for no charge, and also even gave my car interior a little cleaning! The mechanic team also sent me a video recording to explain their work and inspection results, which as so helpful. Very thoughtful and efficient team at Mazda, highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at New Century Mazda. I brought in my 2026 Mazda CX-5 S Select after receiving a telematics malfunction warning. Borys, the service advisor, provided outstanding customer service - he was professional, patient, and polite. He carefully documented all of my concerns and also arranged for a tire check and a multi-point inspection. While I waited, he kept me informed. Joshua, the technician. also sent me an inspection video and updated the vehicle’s infotainment system software, which addressed several system-related concerns. It is rare to receive service that is both transparent and efficient. I highly recommend New Century Mazda to my relative and friends.

I had a great experience at New Century Mazda thanks to Borys. He was pretty chill and checked me in right away, which made the whole process smooth from the start. After my service, he took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and answered all of my follow-up questions (without rushing me). I really appreciated his patience and attention to detail, which is why I will definitely be coming back for my next service!
