She made the check-in process smooth and ensured I felt valued as a customer. The service specialist Kevin was equally outstanding. I needed Starter Replacement so he clearly explained the work that needed to be done and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. Their honesty, professionalism, and attention gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. The entire experience was efficient, stress-free, and customer-focused. I truly appreciate the exceptional service provided by both Jasmine and Kevin. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service and excellent customer care.

I contacted several BMW dealerships regarding a recall, and this was the only one that actually offered to take my phone number and promised to call once a solution became available. They kept their word. They called me back, scheduled my appointment for December 31st, and everything went smoothly. I was a bit concerned that servicing the car around New Year’s might disrupt my plans, but the entire process was fast, professional, and stress-free. By January 2nd, I had my car back — fully repaired, clean, and ready to go. Great communication, great service, and a team that actually follows through. I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

The collision employees are helpful and detail. So my car’s body repair comes out beautiful. And they are friendly and detail. I definitely highly recommend this place. My car is Tesla and many body shop can’t handle. This place is in center of San Gabriel valley. Is close by to Pasadena & San Marino.
