No Customer Service Care! No apology! Do not come here! I absolutely will sue them at the Pasadena Courthouse! Visited today 3/17/2026, after speaking with Matt the day before. I brought in brand new 21 inch Tesla rear wheels and Michelin PS4 tires for installation on my car. I drove over an hour from Chatsworth, California to this location so that they could use the Hunter Revolution machine, specifically to avoid damaging my wheels. Nevertheless, Matt, if it's his real name, severely damaged my new wheel near the wheel center cap area with the machine that was made to avoid this. How incompetent!!! He lied to my face and gave dull, illogical, dummy excuses about what happened. Bottom line: He damaged the wheel and would not acknowledge and take accountability for his actions. I had to call the police to make a record of this issue because I will be suing. The damage was caused because he did not apply the machine's plastic adapter when he clamped onto the face of the wheel; he clamped to the face of the wheel with metal to metal contact and severely damaged the paint. Came here to get my tire batched since it suddenly started losing air. The guy (who I’m pretty sure is the boss) came to ask what I needed help with pretty fast. He apologized since his workers were on break but instead started helping me out by starting the repair himself. Service was done pretty fast and at a very reasonable price. If you need a tire repair, look no further.

Whenever I have tire issues, this is the shop I come to. The owner is really cool, straightforward, and always takes care of things quickly. Most recently, my tire pressure light came on, so I stopped by to get it checked out. Turns out I had a huge bolt stuck in my tire. They patched it up and had me back on the road in under an hour. The price felt fair, the service was fast, and everything was handled without any upselling. If you’re nearby and need tire work done, this spot is definitely worth checking out.

EZ Tire AR Center is an autoshop that offers diagnostic and repair on major car brands such as Audi, MB, Honda, Toyota, BMW etc. I came early Saturday morning to have a wheel alignment service. I was greeted by Patrick and Matt. I filled up the paper work and my car got serviced first. Patrick, mechanic, completed the alignment in an hour (average service time) and he test drive my car around the block before handing it to me. I was very, very satisfied with the service and staff (Patrick and Matt) were very amiable, honest and professional. Prices were fair and competitive. Total cost was $49 bucks instead of $69 because of Yelp% purchase. Definitely I will repeat business with them again. Overall, I highly recommend EZ Tire Stop AR Center.

This shop is amazing! Service is always very friendly, quick and affordable. I’ve been coming here for years, not only for my tire needs but anything my car needs. The employees really care and I’ve never felt like they are simply trying to make a sale, especially for someone who doesn’t know anything about cars which they could easily do so. I have gotten all my oil changes here for a reasonable price, they have helped me put back a piece of my car’s door that fell off, and checked my tires when the pressure light gets turned on. The employees always make sure to check the concern fully before simply charging or performing the fix. It is very nice knowing that I am not spending extra time or money when it’s not needed.
