I bought my wheels here. They do excellent work (they did not leave a scratch & perfectly balanced every time). Steve, their retail guy is amazing. He is very knowledgeable about all of their products. He went as far as tracking down a $50 center cap with the manufacturer. We ended up just powder coating the existing because they were sold out. He went the extra mile once again.

I recently bought a used SUV that had a set of cheap aftermarket rims fitted. I obtained a stock set of rims and took them to Discount tire to "go back to stock". Discount tire discovered that the car had been converted from lug bolts to lug studs and refused to help me. As a matter of fact, they may have even damaged one of my hubs just putting the aftermarket rim back on. I then took the car to Wheel Specialist. Turns out the studs had been improperly installed and while getting the car back to stock specs safely was a bit of an ordeal, I believe wheel specialists did it cheaper and better then any other shop. From the moment I made an appointment through when I picked the car up, Jim went above and beyond to communicate with me. He was professional and obviously knows his stuff. These guys really are the best. If you have a tricky issue or just want top notch treatment for your special car, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I found Wheel Specialists because I fell in love with a particular Vossen wheel (HF6-4 in matte gunmetal gray) for my new deep blue F-150, and they're the Arizona dealer for Vossen. Boy was I happy to have found them! Juan Sanchez helped me every step of the way, giving me advice on wheel and tire sizes, and exchanging numerous emails and calls, answering all of my questions. I was driving from Prescott, AZ, so I had a one hour and 45 minute drive one way, but I wanted the best setup for my new street truck. Everyone at Wheel Specialists was absolutely amazing! When mounting the wheel, they noticed that my stock silver disk brakes were showing through a bit too much, so they suggested that they paint the brakes black for only $10/wheel! What a deal! They were so right about that touch, as they were about everything else. I strongly recommend Wheel Specialists, especially my man Juan! Don't hesitate to get your fine ride set up there. I'm a customer for life!

I don’t usually take the time to write long reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it. I recently visited Wheel Specialists, Inc., and had the opportunity to work with Gary, the General Manager. What stood out to me was the level of professionalism, character, and leadership Gary demonstrated throughout the entire interaction. There was a very slight misunderstanding regarding the services believed to have been paid for. Now, let’s be honest—situations like that can go sideways very quickly. Most places get defensive, frustrated, or even confrontational when a customer believes they’re right (even if they might not be entirely correct). I’ve seen it happen many times. Gary was the complete opposite. Instead of reacting emotionally or becoming demanding, Gary handled the situation with an incredible level of humility and grace. He calmly asked thoughtful questions, took the time to truly understand where I was coming from, and created an environment where the conversation felt respectful and productive—not tense or uncomfortable. That alone is rare. What impressed me even more was his patience and kindness throughout the entire process. There was zero ego involved—just a genuine desire to get clarity and make things right. You can’t train that. That’s character. Because of the way Gary handled this situation, it completely changed my perspective—not just about the business, but about how powerful it is when someone leads with professionalism, respect, and emotional intelligence. I actually walked away learning something from him. That says a lot. It’s very clear why Wheel Specialists, Inc. has Gary in a leadership role. People like him are incredibly valuable to any organization. He represents the company at a very high level, and his approach to customer service is something more businesses should strive for. If you’re looking for a place that does high-quality, scratch-free wheel work AND treats customers with respect and professionalism, this is it.
