View on GoogleI had a great experience here. They did my oil change quickly and professionally, and on top of that they gave me a full diagnostic for free since I was a first-time customer. They were very honest about what my car actually needed and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days, but this place definitely earned my business. Highly recommend if you want honest people and quality work.
View on GoogleAfter getting my AC repaired at a another location they told me my water pump was leaking badly. The quote they gave me was $3,100 dollars. I was devastated!! After calling around to get quotes I reached Kole with Trusted Autto Pros. I asked for a quote for the repair and with in minutes came back with $2,200 estimated cost. I took my vehicle to him 30 minutes later. 2 hours after running diagnostic tests, Kole called with with some amazing news. He told me that my water pump was not leaking and that I didn't need a new one! WOW! Never in 20 years owning vehicles have I had a mechanic genuinely care about his clients. Trusted Auto Pros live by their name with Honesty, dignity, and ethics. You can Trust this shop with your vehicle. Oh they did replace my power steering leaked that I was putting off for months.
