These guys were awesome! 👍 I've never had such fast service getting my car fixed. My car window regulator broke again and this was my first time coming here. Travis and everyone was super nice, and able to get it fixed same day in just a few hours! And half the price I paid 3 years ago with another car repair place! For the same window issue. Appreciate it a lot! Also especially greatful for the courtesy shuttle service to drive me back home to wait! Excellent place that cares about people. Definitely recommend! 👍

I came to the Car Shop after a series of frustrating (and expensive) experiences at multiple Subaru dealerships. Travis was not only transparent about what actually needed attention, but he passed up the opportunity to bill me for major work he easily could have justified. I had a great experience at the car shop. My breaks were completely shot and needed rotors and everything. I was on a tight budget and wanted to be intentional about cost. They walked me through the details of the pricing and explained what needed to be done and why. The most helpful car repair service I have ever had. I get my oil changed here and I’ve always had good experiences but I went in because my car was leaking coolant. They fixed it for about 700 dollars but then 3 weeks later it happened again. I took it back in but they didn’t offer to fix the problem or give me a discount so I ended up going to the dealership and getting it fixed correctly :/

I’ve been living here in this neighborhood since mid-1990’s. Seen garages come and go in Tempe. You will get a square and honest service here. I’m an amateur mechanic but I’ve owned a lot of different makes and models and done quite a lot of jobs on cars myself. This shop, with its current ownership and management, are 100% honest. I’m also pretty sure they will work with you and not overcharge you for any work that isn’t strictly necessary to do the job required. I’d be suprised if the quality of work and attention to detail was lacking, based on the experiences I’ve had with them. The manager is brilliant with excellent communication skills. He’s not interested in squeezing any customers, he wants your return business, is willing to earn that much, and for good reason, and that’s also clear.
