I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service I received at Sun Devil Auto in Tempe, AZ. I have a Dodge Durango R/T tow and go (which has the SRT large Brembo brakes) and at 30,000 miles I was having issues burning through brake pads and rotors. Wes, Mike, and Wayne replaced the rotors for hot spotting (twice) and they stood behind their word to warranty out the failed rotors. Wes went above and beyond to trouble shoot and find vented rotors that would resist hot spotting, and installed them today under warranty. I am so pleased with the friendly and reliable service I have received for years from this shop! And they have the cutest employee of the month (Stanley the Great Dane)! 🐾🐶🐾 I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and honest auto repair shop!

I was able to make an appointment online the evening before I hoped to get an oil change. There was plenty of availability so I grabbed a mid morning spot. Not only did they have all my information, they kept the appointment (without any delay!) and returned my keys to me within the hour! Very friendly staff, all of whom were professional and polite, didn’t try to take advantage of this single woman! The employee of the month photo revealed the caring nature, and great sense of humor, of the manager!!

Also, the biggest concern, they left my cabin air filter out of my car and on the passenger floor. I dont know where or how to put it back so I took it to another mechanic to reinstall.
