I scraped my car in a parking garage and did some damage to the paint, I brought my car to SCC and they did an amazzzing job at repainting my car, Taking out the dent and rewrapping it! Nobody will ever know I don’t know how to back into a parking space lol The staff is also amazing. They communicate promptly and make sure that everything is to your exact liking. 10/10 recommend

Scottsdale collision center is the place to go no matter the needs of body work for your car. Do not listen to the 1 star reviews they are false and misleading. I was hesitant to take my car here because of some of these reviews but I shot my shot and won big. They were everything you want when it comes to a stressful time like this. “Getting in an accident” They were communicative(communicated twice a week), honest, reliable and fast. Best of all I got my car detailed and when it was returned it smelt like a brand new car. Best of all looked like a brand new car. I had major front end damage and they replaced all of it to the best of standards. They paint matched correctly, to be honest did everything correctly. It felt like family walking in the office nothing felt off the vibes just felt great. Now I hope before deciding no because of the reviews here think of this one as they really did a truly amazing job and couldn’t be more blessed when choosing SCC. Employees who helped me were Oscar, Cassie, Andy and many more. So all of these reviews about Oscar are false. He was very communicative, very nice, very pleasant and made me calm knowing my car was in good hands. Please if your hesitating just choose here they will talk you through everything. Thanks to everyone who has helped me withy car.

This shop fixed my car completely and it look amazing. Texting me updates every week even delivering my car from the Tempe location to Scottsdale for me. The guy I talked to in the office quickly fixed the problems I had the day I set to pick up the car. He was sweet and professional and definitely deserves a raise.

The team at Scottsdale Collision Center is not only professional but they’re so friendly. That’s hard to find these days. They genuinely care about you and take care of your vehicle like it’s their own. I’ve used their services a many times. I’ve had 3 cars in their shop: 1. For a near total after car was stolen and in a wreck. You can’t even tell. They fought with the insurance company for repairs they wanted to cut some corners on. 2. My hellcat that I ran something over with and wrecked my own front bumper. They replaced, repainted and applied ceramics again to match the exciting exterior of the car. 3. My hellcat again after being rear ended. Again replacement of rear bumper, paint and ceramic to match. Plus on this one, the rental car I returned at SCC (yup! You can leave your rental with them to return!) claimed I damaged trim that they wanted to charge me $1,000 for! I knew I’d not hit anything so I thought it was weird. But what could I do? SCC took it upon themselves without me even knowing to call the place I picked up my rental car and pull video of the car. Upon reviewing, they noticed the damage was there when I picked it up. So they protected me with the rental company! Saved me $1,000 without me even asking. 4. My Dodge Hemi for both a beautiful wrap and several years later a full removal of the wrap and full paint of the front end. The bonus of this all is they are local and family-owned. So you are supporting families in your community when you use SCC. You don’t have to use the place your insurance company sends you to. Most collision centers are captured by insurance companies and told how to make repairs to protect the payout. At SCC they do they recommended repairs.
