We were visiting for a MS conference(family member has MS & can't regulate their temperature). They fit us in super quick to fix the AC unit that went out on us. Also actually fixed it so we were ok the rest of the trip & the drive back home. They didn't have to fit us in and on top of that everyone there was informative & professional. It was a major headache to try to find a shop in the middle of traveling, but they helped take the stress & frustration out of getting our AC unit fixed.

Pulled into the shop today because it was close and well rated. Have broken down 5 times in 4 days on a cross country road trip. Couldn't have been happier with the work they did or the quality of the staff. Truly nice people who really seem to care about taking care of their customers. Got us in the same day and out in 2.5 hrs. A rarity in my experience with taking a vehicle in for work. 100 percent recommend them!

In addition to being competent and trustworthy, Dory and Bob are a pleasure to deal with. Here's my tale: Was in town visiting a friend when a rear shock absorber bracket came loose on my RAV4. Had it towed to Greulich's on S. 48th St. which was near my friend's house. They said a bolt had broken off and there was no way for them to remove its remains. Therefore, a complete replacement of the steering knuckle (that the bolt had broken off in) was the only solution... an $1,100 fix. Fortunately, my friend has been going to PREMIER AUTOMOTIVE for at least 20 yrs. Long story short, PREMIER was able to easily remove the broken bolt and had the vehicle repaired in less than 24 hours for under $300. To add insult to injury, I had to pay Greulich's a "diagnostic fee" for them to look at the vehicle and come up with their bogus solution and quote.

The owners are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. This shop has worked on my car a few times and I plan to continue taking it to them. Just got a radiator replaced, and they were able to identify the point of failure and get it done within a day. Awesome!

I’ve had some nightmarish situations with shops but thankfully ,this is not one of them, they treated me like family, did a wonderful job on my Porsche and I will be back again and recommend them highly, Thanks to the team at Premier Auto, keep up the great work!
