I brought my car in a few days ago for strut service, a wheel alignment, tire rotation, and an oil change. I was told the work would take about three hours, but it ended up taking over four. I was also told I would receive a call when my vehicle was ready, which never happened. I had to call myself to check on the status. I paid $1,700 for these services, so I expected everything to be completed properly. Unfortunately, after getting a flat tire today, I went to Big O Tires instead and was informed that the wheel alignment and tire rotation had not been done at all. This experience was extremely disappointing. Based on what I was told versus what was actually done, I cannot recommend this place.
