Only went one time so far. My last shop I been using for a while was a good reasonably priced one make specialist. They became so popular it became increasingly difficult to schedule service, always 3 weeks booked out and they started not answering, not returning calls, and ignoring voice mail or TXT to make appointments. I decided to find an alternative more responsive mechanic. One closer to where I live , was a small independent shop, and had good customer relations ratings. M&R met that criteria. They were responsive and able to schedule in quickly. They serviced the car professionally. Best thing I like is they inspect your vehicle and tell you everything they observed and issues that may eventually need attention and put it in writing and inform what should be next priority. Shop rate $120/hr on par with small independent shop rates, Customer Relations is excellence keeping customer informed before , during, and after and they kept on schedule. Documenation is clear delineating all cost and labor time. I plan to continue using them.

Excellent service, completely honest pricing! I highly recommend M&R Automotive! Ryan and Manuel really know their work and took the time to discuss their exact plan to address a suspension issue on my Tacoma. I love that they use high-quality OEM parts instead of cheap knockoffs. Their pricing was great and honest. Excellent service and complete transparency—I will definitely be back!
View on GoogleOur experience at M&R Automotive was both professional and friendly. Ryan asked us lots of questions to define our issue and explained what was necessary for completing repairs. He was able to give us an estimate and it was very close to the final bill. We were able to save more than $300.00 compared to a dealer estimate. As well, M&R completed the work within their time estimate. I checked the installation, new rear struts, and it looks really clean and with new fasteners throughout. M&R does what they say they'll do. Good guys and a fair price! Just rear struts, not transmission or air filter as in the autofill box.

After a thorough look at my car Ryan called and confirmed a new transmission was needed along with other items I need to keep an eye on in the future.
