What a great find. A friend referred me to this company, and after being in Phoenix for over 28 years, I can honestly say it’s not easy to find a solid, trustworthy mechanic — and even harder to find one who stays consistent. These guys have been five-star all the way. From helping arrange pickup when my vehicle broke down to working seamlessly with the insurance company, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and they even went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra items. Huge credit to Parker for the outstanding customer service and follow-through. It’s rare to see this level of care anymore. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just Better Fleet Service did the full timing work on my 2011 Volkswagen Golf GTI and knocked it out of the park. Super professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My car runs perfect now. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend!

This auto care provider truly lives up to their name because they really are “Just Better” than any auto shop I’ve used across multiple states, including Michigan, Texas, Colorado, and Arizona. Starting with Todd — who scheduled the appointment, greeted us upon arrival, and answered all of our questions with exceptional customer service and knowledge — the experience immediately stood out. Next, they provided FREE diagnostic service, which is almost unheard of these days. Most shops charge $199 at a minimum just to diagnose your vehicle, and none of that goes towards repairs. Just Better didn't charge me a penny to do what other shops won't do for free. That makes them standout for all of the right reasons. Another thing I especially appreciated was the large flat-screen monitor behind the desk that Todd used while explaining the diagnostic results for our vehicle. The system displayed photos of everything they found, making it easy to clearly see the wear-and-tear, severity of the damage, and why certain repairs were needed. He carefully broke down the cost of parts and labor for each repair and even helped prioritize which issues were most important from a safety standpoint. Todd was patient, professional, kind, and did an outstanding job. After we agreed to leave a deposit to pre-order parts so they would already be available when we returned for repairs, they even authorized a free oil change on the spot — which we genuinely needed. The waiting area was small but very clean and comfortable. I did wish there had been a little more space to sit with my laptop, but given the size of the shop, I understand the limitation. Even so, it was still a pleasant environment. Overall, we had an incredibly professional and positive experience. Even though they are about 35 minutes from my home, I truly believe I’ve found my go-to shop. My lasting impression is that they are thorough, honest, respectful, and genuinely a cut above many of their competitors. For all of these reasons, I will absolutely be referring others to them for their auto repair needs.

I drove a 2017 Dodge Datona Charger off the showroom floor at Tempe Dodge nine years ago and never looked back. I love my vehicle and want it to last another 10 years (her name is Bee). Over the last few months there was a popping noise when I would turn the wheel at a slower speed and when backing up. We took it to the original dealer for an analytical review of what may be causing this noise. They noted that it was most likely various things failing in the suspension system. After a full suspension rebuild over several visits to our dealership, the issue was never resolved and the popping noise continued. We decided to “stop the bleeding” relative to the continued costs being incurred and try going another route. We were referred to a local vehicle repair company named, Just Better Fleet Service, located in Tempe, Arizona. The mechanic, Parker, listened to our frustration. He kept the car overnight so he could exercise tests to see what may be causing the noise. He marked various nuts and bolts in the rebuilt suspension system to find that they moved out of alignment when turning the vehicle both in hot and cold temperatures. Parker’s hypothesis of loose parts scattered within the suspension system proved to be correct. His solution was to retighten all nuts/bolts and any other related part to spec torque performing his work at ground weight vs. the vehicle being on a lift. Just Better Fleet Service’s cost was a minor drop in the bucket compared to the massive amount we had already laid out for Tempe Dodge to correct the problem. My personal assessment is that Parker is a skilled diagnostician with a passion for his trade. He is not a “clock puncher”. Rather, he actually cares about both the customer and their vehicle. We have finally found a home for any future repairs with respect to my vehicle (and other of our vehicles as well). I highly recommend Just Better Fleet Service based on their quality, honesty, levels of communication, and exceptional workmanship. Their reasonable costs are a significant bonus to their already excellent reputation. My mind is at ease now and I feel as if I can drive Bee anywhere without the worry of any danger.
