Came back for brake pads and learned that a little more needed to be done. The manner that the information was given to me reflected the high level of professionalism and courtesy that the staff exude here at Half Price Auto Repair & Performance. I wasn’t put off in any way. The issue was explained in a way that was clear, concise and I was not pressured at all to give the authorization to do the additional work outside of what I initially came to the shop for. I felt relieved and extremely appreciative of the staff for their customer service. Outstanding work!!! And again, I will refer Half Price Auto Repair & Performance to any and all who need auto (mechanical) repairs to their vehicles. This review is for the Tempe location specifically. I understand that each location is independently owned and operated… so the Tempe location is definitely making a solid namesake for the company.
