The service was truly EXCEPTIONAL from the service advisor Luis to the tech Jacob they were knowledgeable, professional, thorough, neat and personable. The prices they charged were fair and certainly competitive and I will bring both of my cars for everything from simple oil changes to more complex mechanical issues. This is like finding gold in a field of otherwise unknowledgeable repair facilities

Kind of ironic that they offer warranties on their batteries but couldn’t even locate the warranty in their own system. I spent nearly $400 on a battery just over a year ago, one that turned out to be unnecessary for my vehicle and when it failed, they couldn’t honor the warranty because they had no record of it. Rather than waste any more time, I ended up going across the street to AutoZone and taking my business there.
