Was looking for a place close to home I could trust and depend on for my vehicle needs. I think I did,, I went here for my oil change based on reputability & reviews. I'm SO grateful to find this place and these mechanics! Aron, Khalid & the young man that gave me a yellow rose took such great care of me I was TRULY refreshingly surprised! I had an excellent experience getting my oil change today. Anthony (Hood) and Khalid (Pit) went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Their positive attitudes and outstanding customer service made the entire experience easy and stress-free. If you’re coming here, I highly recommend requesting Anthony and Khalid, they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. If I had cash on me, I honestly would have tipped them $100 each because that’s how much I appreciated their service. Thank you both for such an exceptional experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service experience during our recent oil change appointment. After leaving the shop, my fiancée discovered that the skid plate had not been properly reinstalled. The issue was severe enough that she had to leave work just to have the plate temporarily zip tied back into place. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability shown afterward. The manager Connor told her "its not our job to tell you if your plate is missing screws unless we've broken it we won't replace it" our new receipt NOW reflects that screws were “missing,” yet this was never communicated to me before the vehicle left the bay. If hardware was missing, that should have been addressed immediately and transparently before releasing the car back to us. Mistakes can happen, but poor communication and unwillingness to take responsibility turn a simple inconvenience into a major frustration. We trusted your team with our vehicle’s safety and expected a much higher level of professionalism and care. A credit for our next visit or even reimbursing us for the air filter would've went a LONGGGGG way!

I absolutely LOVE coming to this location. These guys are the absolute best in all aspects of service and customer service. I used to go to jiffy lube every time, they’re great, but I like being able to sit in my car relaxing and not in a dirty office. That’s what made it better for me. And I could see what they are doing.
