Had an oil change this morning. Made the appointment the week before. In and out in under an hour with top tier service and attention to detail. No pushy sales stuff or kitschy memberships. Just good quality-customer - centered car care. Thank you. It’s hard not to gate-keep a good shop and knowledgeable mechanics but also you all deserve the review (even if I know it make take me longer to get in next time.)

View on GoogleGot a front and rear end alignment. Car wasn’t parked more than 4 minutes and the job started exactly on time! Can’t really say that to describe other shops ever visited! HUGE difference in ride and handling!! Thank you ETCC!! Service with a smile by folks who are a cut above the rest. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleMy first experience with my alignment was better than my oil change. The man behind the counter for my alignment made me feel good about leaving my truck there. That was not the case with my oil change. They put that my truck had an oil leak prior to the oil change. Didn’t put where the leak was. Just oil leak. Well spent 5 days looking for this oil leak and it doesn’t exist! I feel that just put a generic repair down so that I would have to have them figure it out! Really disappointed! Was looking for a shop that wouldn’t rip me off! Apparently this place isn’t it! I did 3 stars because it depends on which person you deal with is the quality you get. Edit after looking at the responses to other reviews. I might change my review to a 1 star depends on how they handle this issue!
View on GoogleLast month we took our car in for diagnostic testing, a couple warning lights had come on. We were told the transmission would have to be replaced, used one $6,500 and new one $10,500. The owner James Thomasson also owns Diamondback Auto Group, he told my wife he find her a used vehicle and offered $1,200 for our $12K vehicle with 121k miles. I took car to O’Reilly Auto Parts, they did a diagnosis and gave an error code, took the car to another service shop, and they replaced module for $2,700. Transmission did not require replacement, I am sure Eminent $160 diagnostic identified the problem. Wife is glad she never traded her car in for another used one, losing thousands in the questionable proposal the Owner was offering.
