Elite Auto Repair

On 4/21/26 I booked a 9am appointment with Elite Auto Repair, to get a cooling line replaced on my Mercedes E 350. I arrived there 10 min. early, and showed the mechanic what the issue was, and they said they would fix it with no problem. Five hours later, they said my vehicle was ready. To be fair, because of my disappointment with the extended time frame, they gave me a $100 discount for the inconvenience. The total came out to $338.42, and I asked if they put coolant in the car, and after checking my car, to my disappointment, there was no coolant, only water. The cooling line was put on backwards, which is unacceptable for my first visit. I was extremely upset, so I called the customer service number for the 3 major mistakes that occurred, and they reassured me that a regional supervisor would call me back, and they have not. Overall, Im completely disappointed with my experience, and I will never be back again to use Elite Auto Repairs services.

I recommend this place to anybody and everybody. 100 percent awesome, went above and beyond. They been like a family to me, since decade's ago. You’ll never experience the great customer service, which for one, making sure everything under the hood of your car is done right. Unlike other places over charge for service, nor, do other places explain anything……they just want your money. David Walton, a huge shout out to you….thanks for being wonderful and understanding how important maintenance on your vehicle is top priority. Keep doing the best you can. You are very helpful and had my worries initially relieved. Very professional and very knowledgeable on what customers want to hear. Wishing many more blessings to this company and yourself David Walton. If I could give this option on how many stars to rate, I would give them millions of stars. I've had a string of bad luck the last 3 months with a few of my vehicles. Had a major repair for my chevy truck and the guys at Elite Auto were very understanding when it came to the cost. Despite the large bill....it was needed, but the service and care Elite Auto provides make it worth it. Not to mention they care and want to help their customers wherever & however they can. The entire team at elite auto repair from the service desk to back in the shop truly provide 100% customer satisfaction and are upfront pricing and service needs of your, my vehicle. I had my brakes done last year, and had some issues with them, and brought back my car, and the service team replaced my brakes no questions asked. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I brought my car in for an oil change in 2025 and left with a $2k bill for repairs on my front end. I took my car in before this and had trusted excellent service. This time the advisor I worked with previously was no longer there.. I had an appointment 7am drop-off and had my ride waiting for me. No other customers were there but I had to wait at least 13-15 minutes while the custoner service guy worked on a quote for a different customer (I think). I could hear back n forth from the customer service guy and the manager in the back on 'don't let the high price scare you, keep going'. Thats just what I heard and I dont know what it was about. What I do know is that they quoted me $5k in additional repairs. I have what is considered a luxury sports car, under 80k miles and I probably put 10k miles a year. I heard what the car allegedly needed and was kinda taken back by this. Present day took my car to the dealer for an oil change and NONE of last years quoted repairs needed to be done. I just wanted to let people know to get a 2nd opinion if you come here.
