Since I got my car in 2024, I’ve done all of my maintenance and repairs here. Every time I came in, the team was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. The staff always provided excellent service and had a great attitude. I’m moving from Arizona to Wisconsin for graduate school, so this was my last visit before leaving the state. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and the care they’ve put into keeping my car running well over the past two years. Choice has the three things I look for in a mechanic: Busy, honest, and fast. Busy: When a shop is busy, you know they do good work and have earned the trust of customers. Honest: They tell you everything that is wrong with your vehicle. No overselling, no price gouging. In some cases, the price paid is less than their quote. Fast: They get the job done quick. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by lunchtime. Choice is the only place I go and Irecommend to anyone who asks.

I now live much closer and so grateful to always be taken care of to the fullest each visit. I’m not the type to review but this was genuinely the least I can do to thank this shop! My car unfortunately stalled the day before I planned to drive it back to Minnesota. We had it towed to Choice Auto not knowing if they would even be able to get to it. However they were so kindly able to get to the car day of. They were able to diagnosis it and get new parts in same day. They also aired up all the tires and checked all the fluids knowing we were heading on a cross country drive. If all that wasn’t enough they also went out of there way to ask if I was a student here and offered a discount. I can’t speak enough to the character of this establishment. I 100% recommend this shop.
