I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee inti Cary's for work on my air conditioning. They had done work on it before and it had cooled for the last summer but as this heat started coming upon us again, it just wasn't cooling the way it should. I took it in for them to work on it again and they did. Imagine my gratitude when I picked up my car and they said there was no charge for the work done on the AC. It has been working great ever since! On top of that, Chris found my purse in the waiting room that I left while getting a ride home from my husband. He grabbed it right up and kept it safe for me until I returned to get it! Honest, friendly, Knowledgeable, reasonable. Great team at Cary's. I had a great experience at Carys Auto Service. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with kindness and treated with so much respect. They truly cared about me as a customer and took their time to check on my AC to figure out what was causing it to stop working. While I was waiting, they kept me informed and even showed me exactly what the issue was. That meant a lot to me because it built trust and showed how honest and transparent they are. They decided to try a solution first before immediately replacing the unit, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the first fix didn’t fully solve the problem, but they didn’t give up. They went ahead with the replacement and had everything fixed the same day. I left feeling very satisfied and grateful to have my AC working again. I truly appreciate the care, respect, and excellent service they showed me. If you need honest and reliable car maintenance, I highly recommend Carys Auto Service. They really are the best.
