I cannot say enough good things about Bob’s Tire Shop. I had a tire blow out at 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday and was completely stuck. I drive a 2022 Tesla Model 3, and every tire shop in the area was already closed. I honestly did not know what I was going to do. Bob’s Tire Shop stepped up in a big way. They allowed me to place a deposit for four new tires, set me up with a loaner tire for the weekend, and made sure I was safe and mobile until they could fully take care of me Monday morning. That level of trust, flexibility, and customer care is rare. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Professional, compassionate, and truly customer focused. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend them to anyone in a pinch or not.
