This store experience was by far the worst experience Ive had. I walked in greeted the CS agent Andrew and received no response. 10/5/3 rule doesnt exist. Andrew was the one that ended up installing my tires, he tore the crap out of the coating. Ive gone to mexican mom and pop shops that do it with care and respect. When I brought it up to him he said "its coating, you know the deal". I will never recommend this location. There was no empathy or discount offered for the crappy work, I work hard for my money and would expect them to act with purpose and care. Nope that wasnt it, he probably feels corporate could care less. Then when they were doing my alignment, which Andrew started this guy said they are supposed to shift from drive to reverse aggressively to check control arms. Ive seen alignment done and thats not how others have done it. I feel like he did it out of spite.

I was very impressed on how they too the time to show me why my tires were wearing unevenly. At that time a wheel was alignment recommended to the service. That was the best decision my truck is rides better then it did new!!! You have earned all 5 stars and a returning customer thank you!!!

They were there to take care of my daughters tire rotation without adding any unnecessary add-ons. Her experience was not intimidating and they made her feel that her opinion mattered when she had questions if any follow-up was required. These gentleman did honest work without the pressure.
View on GoogleBig O tires and Team surpassed my expectations. As a woman and mom of 3 it is hard to know anything about cars I came in for a an oil change that I was desperately in need of😅. Not only did they point out that my radiator was cracked and had zero coolant! But they re charged my AC for free as the repair required the removal of the A/C condenser. I now have ice cold A/C and a new radiator. Thanks david for the attention to detail definitely recommend very honest and believes in “seeing is believing” 10/10
