This was my first time going to this location and the people there were extremely welcoming and overall great staff. Jermey assisted me and reassured me on everything about my vehicle I never once felt clueless or bad about my decisions. He explained their loaning program to me and made sure I knew what I was doing alongside how important it is for my car and I really appreciated that. This was the greatest big o tires I’ve went to. Price was better then the dealership who I have tried in the past. Very satisfied with my visit. I will be returning with my other vehicle. Thank you Big o team!
