Fantastic experience with Jeremy and his crew here at Big Brand. My 1987 Chevy G30 Hicube box truck (dually) was too big to fit in a bay for standard sized vehicles and too small to be worked on at a commercial truck stop. Big Brand were not only able to get my truck on a lift, they were able to show me all the various ways her suspension and brakes were beginning to go. Jeremy worked tirelessly at getting me estimates and parts ASAP so that I had a clear idea of what was possible now, as well as making plans for future work on down the road. Now my baby is riding on a cloud and straight as an arrow. She stops on a dime now, too. Pleasant, reasonable, professional, knowledgeable...I could go on and on. Highly recommend this shop!

Needed a tire patch for a flat tire. My tires were too old for the equipment so I ended up needing a whole new tire. Jeremy was very friendly and kindly explained all my options to me and I got a good price on a tire. He also told me they would price match any other tire places around that I find. Would recommend finding the cheapest tires around and them getting them here. My whole experience was also very fast, I was in and out in an hour on the same day I scheduled my appointment.

I will definitely start bringing my vehicle here from now on. The gentleman who helped me was honest and the prices for my back brakes and tire sensors was the best compared to the awful service I was given by Firestone and Discount tire. Over three hundred dollars cheaper in less time to get the job done. Not to mention that the gentleman taught me something valuable that I was not aware of and that was that I have a regular tire in my trunk in perfect condition for a spare instead of a donut. That information alone made my trip there worth it.

Been coming here for 20+ yrs when it was Purcells and now as Big Brand they still offer great service. Brought all our vehicles for tires and basic svc like oil changes, always good service with a smile. And now with our large 34ft motorhome built on RAM 5500 chassis we still receive great service for maintaining our tires, rotating them, setting rear duallys up with flex extended valve stems to easily refill hard-to-reach inner tires, etc etc. Highly recommend them for servicing your vehicle.
