John and his team were fantastic and a life saver for our family trip. Our AC unit in our Sprinter stopped working in the middle of our vacation and it was over 100 degrees. We were just passing through Phoenix and they fixed our AC unit going above and beyond trying to help us. A really great shop with good people. Highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier with our experience at AZ Auto Air! We traveled from out of state for a convention for work, and thought the AC compressor went out on our Econoline van. They got us in right away for a diagnosis, turned out to be an ignition coil that needed replaced. Fixed it in an hour and it's running like a champ now. John was extremely knowledgeable and explained all about the how's and why's. We particularly appreciate how honest and practical the culture at this shop is. They diagnosed and fixed the problem without upselling any extra procedures/parts. THE most honest mechanic shop we've ever been to, wish we had one back home. Highly recommend.
