#1 all prices were double for work performed less than a few miles away. 2nd cheap parts were installed that lasted less than 2k miles. 3rd customer service was lacking. Although I overspent $1800 at this shop with parts failing they made very little effort to make things right. They not only didn't prioritize getting my car back in shop for there mistake they also didn’t try to make anything else right. The 2nd opinion shop covered 1 thing for half the price $400 and picked up all slack for this company even though I spent much less with them. I will never return here

I feel like some of the reviews are not authentic. I got my car fixed here and it took a while in which they said because of my insurance and parts. Okay fine. Once I got my car everything appeared okay until the tire shop looked underneath my car and discovered a major part missing. They told me “oh, it’s just a bag there”, bag or no bag clearly the piece is missing. I paid $300 out of pocket to get this fixed. They didn’t replace the screws on the part behind the tire so it flapped around. The cap to my windshield fluid was missing which they were aware of and told me they were going to order one. Samantha completely ghosted me and I have the text messages showing so. I tried so many times to rectify this with them before posting this review. Overall I wish I looked around more before choosing them.

Maaco says their paint jobs last only 5 years. I got my suburban painted in April 2021. Oh well guess I gotta get my ride painted every 5 years. Never heard of such thing. Has anyone else heard of this ?

I got a text saying my car was done the night before, and now I’ve just been sitting waiting for the manager who is not to be found anywhere. She has to go over the paperwork and while I haven’t waited long I called when I got the text yesterday to make sure it was all good for me to come pick up, I understand policies and procedures but I now get to be late for work since no one that can actually do anything in is the office so I can get my car and leave. Giving a one star because. Have to give something otherwise it would be no stars
