Have been going to them since I moved here 8 years ago and highly recommend them. They take the time to explain their detailed inspection report and help prioritize items that need immediate attention to keep my family safe on the road. Nobody comes close to the level of professionalism the staff displays the second you walk in the front door and continues throughout even after picking up my car every time like clock work. If you haven’t tried them I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Alonzo, Adam, Austin and your awesome team of technicians.

I brought my VW into the shop with what I thought was a confusing list of symptoms. I discussed them w/ Matt & the service advisors (Alonzo, Adam, Austin). All understood I needed to have the vehicle done by the end of Friday. I was VERY concerned because not having the vehicle was NOT an option. I called several times and was told that I made it very clear. The service advisors were calm and promised that if it could not be done on time, then they would let me know. I kept calling because I have been burned in the past. In the end, the vehicle was completed and ready for pickup when they closed as promised. I have used them in the past for another vehicle, and I have always trusted their work. This experience has proven to me that my trust was well placed, & I will be using their services in the future. We noticed a leak coming from our car that we needed to have inspected and repaired. We usually take our vehicle to the dealership, however, we weren't finding appointment availability for another 3 months. With a young kid and another on the way, it was crucial we had the issue resolved quickly. The staff at Spencer Auto Shop were friendly, good, fair, and honest people. They kept me regularly informed as they ran their diagnostics. While working to confirm the source of the leak, they had inquired about our warranty. They spoke with the dealership and was able to confirm that if we called they could schedule us an appointment for early in the next week. Since we knew most of our repairs were expected to be covered under warranty and the dealership could get us in within a few business days, we decided to halt further work with Spencer Auto Repair. They only charged us for the labor of what they already did which included cleaning up the existing leak and the price was more than fair. The team there was also so patient with our young son who shared with them about his super powers and his plans to play with his cousins. We will be happy to use Spencer Auto Repair in the future or for our other vehicles without an active warranty as necessary. I would wholeheartedly recommend their business to others as well!

Great experience. We were there for a routine differential and transfer case fluid change on a recently purchased (used) truck. Our service advisor Adam walked us through all of the issues the techs found (Front Differential and Upper Oil pan related). He took the time to find us parts and hunted down a great deal for us, and scheduled the repairs needed very quickly thereafter. Thanks Adam, definitely will recommend Spencer’s to everyone I know.

I can’t say enough about Alonzo and the service that we received here. They are professional, honest and trustworthy. They kept me notified every step of the way and did not try to push any extra services on me. They even took pictures of the parts that needed to be replaced. We won’t go anywhere else. If you are in need of an honest auto repair shop, this is your place. Highly recommended!!!!!
