I recently needed a windshield replacement after a small rock chip turned into a major crack. The chip was located just underneath the windshield wiper, and unfortunately I did not notice it, otherwise I would have had the chip filled. After taking the truck thru the car wash, the crack quickly spread to about 12 inches and eventually ran nearly the full vertical length of the windshield. I first contacted a couple of glass companies recommended by my insurance company, but one never returned my call and the other couldn’t accommodate the ceramic tint and dark visor strip I wanted pre-installed on the new windshield. That’s when I called the team at Dynamic Window Tint in Tempe, and they referred me to Perfect Touch Auto Glass. Owen made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. He coordinated directly with Dynamic Window Tint to ensure that ceramic tint and visor strip were installed before windshield replacement.he also provided quotes for both OEM and aftermarket glass, allowing me to make an informed decision. The finished product looks absolutely factory-installed. The workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. They cleaned everything up when the job was complete—you would never know anyone worked on the vehicle. To make things even easier, they came out to my house for the installation when I couldn’t be there. View on GoogleOutstanding service. My son had used Perfect Touch Auto Glass, and recommend them. A rock had cracked (over a foot long) my windshield. Owen, the owner, quickly replied back. He arranged a conference call with State Farm (they are a State Farm preferred vendor). State Farm approved the replacement, 2 days later his tech replaced my windshield, and the calibration company he uses, showed up as his tech finished up. His tech was polite, efficient, and on time. I highly recommend this company if you need your windshield needs replacing.
