Me and my husband recently discovered this hidden gem and were pleasantly surprised by the superior customer service and Quality of work we received on our C300. The manager on duty is very knowledgeable and willing to assist with any questions you may have. Our technician John was amazing and did a fabulous job. We will definitely be coming back here for all of our future needs.

My old mechanic sold their business, so I started looking for a new shop to service my 2002 Toyota Tacoma. I’ve had this truck since I was 16, so I’m pretty particular about who works on it—I like to fully trust whoever is handling it. I stopped by unannounced a few times to check on the progress, and each time the team was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Colton did a great job communicating with me throughout the entire process. I live nearby, and they even gave me a ride home when I first dropped off the truck, which was a really nice gesture. I originally brought the truck in because of a check engine light that was preventing me from passing emissions. I suspected it needed an O2 sensor, along with some general maintenance. They replaced the sensor, changed the oil, and took care of the radiator hoses and belts. They also suggested the catalytic converter might need replacing, but I decided to hold off since it had been replaced a few years ago. We took a chance, and the code didn’t come back—the truck passed emissions without any issues, so I’m very satisfied with the outcome. The cost for the hoses and radiator flush was a bit higher than expected, but I knew the work needed to be done. Overall, I’m happy with the service and will definitely return for future work. These guys are the best!!!! I had an issue with my jeep wrangler and decided to just swing in and see if I could make an appointment. I was able to come early the next day and drop it off. Unfortunately I had BIG problems, Chase and the crew were able to diagnose the issue and fix all the problems. Chase text and called to give me updates. When I went to pick up my jeep I was given so much information about what they did and they guarantee the work. I wish I had come to them sooner as part of the problem was created by another shop that installed an incorrect 02 sensor. We will only come to these guys from now on. Thank You so much

I have been going to ooroo for the last 2 years, both in Tucson and San Tan. I am very pleased with the service. Both Colton and Joe have been very helpful. The shop is trustworthy and will not try to screw you over. They warranty their work and uphold that. I recommend anyone looking at getting your vehicle repaired to come here.

Nate and Carlton at the San Tan valley location are truly exceptional. As a retired widow, I'm grateful for their assistance with auto maintenance and services. The first time I called, my car was struggling to start, but they quickly identified the issue as a faulty fuel pump, fixed it, and got me back on the road. Then, I needed to replace the windshield fluid sensor, and while they were at it, I had the oil and air filters changed. Now, my car is running smoothly again. I even had the opportunity to replace a tail light that had been broken by a thoughtless individual. The costs have been remarkably reasonable, even on a single fixed income like mine. Every time I've visited, Nate and Carlton have been fantastic, providing shuttle services to and from my home. As a Happy Car Club member, I can confidently say that it's been a worthwhile investment. I feel blessed to have found these honest and trustworthy individuals.
