Brought my car here 30 min early for an alignment. Appointment set and everything. Came back two hours later, car didn’t move, asked for my keys back and went to Brakes Plus. They had my car done in 20 min. DO NOT COME HERE. Waste of time, and I got it done cheaper at BP.

Had an aligment done after a lift and new upper ball joints. Was told over the phone it had a worn lower ball joint, I said get it as close as possible as the car had a pull and 3 degree positive camber and I was aware the vehicle can come out of alignment and can not be warrantied because of that. I also had them help me put on a sway bar link that snapped for a extra charge which i appreciate greatly. I picked it up and it still had camber but didnt pull which was ok, wheel also still isnt straight. The shop refused to adjust the lower control arm mounts to fix the front end camber because of the lower ball joint being worn but never stated that over the phone. I spent over $100 on an alignment(which is an average price) just to have the same camber as before which is nowhere near spec. I wouldnt recommend an alignment here unless you have a new front end.

Another great job by Little O Tires. I will leave a review every time I’m here. Today I showed up late for my 9:30am appt and they took my car right back. I was 5 minutes late. This is my GO TO place for all my tire needs. I have left reviews for Little O Tires in the past and they are great. Today I dropped my son off for school at 8:50am. Tire light came on 20lbs of air. Called Little O Tires and the lady super nice on the phone is like bring it in. I went straight over and was home drinking coffee at 9:30. I have to tell you for honest and a repair done quickly and done right they are great. Thanks guys for getting me in and out.
