Kaizen Collision Center - Queen Creek

Had my 2018 Mustang worked on here and they did a phenomenal job! The paint match was perfect, can’t even tell what areas were fixed. The head painter is very experienced and knowledgeable had no trouble matching the paint. The repair was done perfectly, no wavy body work looks completely oem. Communication was great, they kept me up to date during the entire process. The repair was done before the projected completion date, and the whole process was very smooth and stress free. I had an outstanding experience with Kaizen Collision Center in Queen Creek. My insurance recommended several approved repair shops, and after seeing Kaizen's excellent reviews, I decided to give them a try. They're tucked away in a business center near Power and Germann, but they were absolutely worth finding. When I dropped off my 2023 Camry, they estimated the repair could take up to five weeks because they weren't sure how long parts would take to arrive. Fortunately, they were able to get the parts almost immediately and finished my car about three weeks earlier than expected. The entire insurance process was seamless. Kaizen worked directly with my insurance company, so I didn't have to deal with the back-and-forth or pay anything out of pocket. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. The quality of the repair was exceptional. My car looked nearly brand new when I picked it up. What impressed me even more was the attention to detail. I have a husky, and anyone who owns one knows how impossible that fur is to remove from carpet. I have a Cobblestone membership and vacuum my car regularly, but I could never get all the embedded fur out. Somehow, the team at Kaizen removed it all at no extra charge. It honestly looked like the interior had been professionally detailed. It's rare to find a business that exceeds expectations like this. Mark and their entire staff are truly professionals. From the excellent receptionist, to the management, to the workers, to the amazing painter, they all performed beyond my expectations. From start to finish the staff was very helpful and informative. The paint tech went over some samples he had to blend to match our vehicle and the color was an exact match. Completely satisfied with all of the attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Our vehicles finish looks like it just came off of the showroom.
