I usually take my care to Mieneke but this time I wanted to try a local company as they are not trying to meet sales quotas and charge the most. I needed several things fixed on my car and they were ablr to get it done. I needed to leave my car so they ordered me an Uber to get to work. They even gave me a coupon. Customer service was amazing. These guys went above and beyond. One of the employees working on my car had a conversation with me. I will always take my Cadillac to them.

He went above and beyond to look out for me, taking the time to find the absolute best prices possible for the work I needed. Not only did Josh provide an outstanding experience, but the turn-around time was also incredibly fast, and the quality of the work on my truck is fantastic. He and his team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate an honest, efficient shop, and I’ll definitely be bringing my truck back here. Highly recommend!

I needed my alternator and battery replaced they got me in the same day and fixed it and got it back to me within a few hours. They explained things well and are very kind. They are responsive and helpful. Brian is who I dealt with a lot and he was kind and helped me find a discount they had going on and got my car back to me in one day. I spoke to Josh originally and he was also helpful.

Chris Davis is a great guy to work with! I complimented him on the honesty that they run their business on… I originally thought we need a new transaxle, which would have been around $4K. Chris informed me after the initial diagnosis that that issue was not at all the problem and it was unnecessary. Some shops may have taken advantage of a situation such as this, Greulich’s/Chris did not. Kudos on their customer service standards!

Absolutely Outstanding Service at Greulich’s Automotive – Ironwood Location! I had an unexpected situation come up on a Saturday before leaving town, and I desperately needed last‑minute service. Greulich’s in Queen Creek (the Ironwood location) got me in immediately — not even a minute of waiting. In today’s world, that alone is rare. Tiryse, the technician who handled my vehicle, was exceptional. He sent me a detailed, clearly explained breakdown of the recommended work, and it was easy to understand without feeling overwhelmed. The entire staff struck the perfect balance of professional and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better. What impressed me most was how quickly everything was completed — faster than the estimate I was given, yet still done with care and precision. It’s incredibly refreshing, especially nowadays, to come across a company filled with people who actually know their jobs, take pride in them, and truly care about the customer experience. Greulich’s absolutely stands out in that regard. Even though I live in Tempe, I will gladly make the drive to this Queen Creek Ironwood location for any future service needs.
