Brought my wagon in for a suspension diag after installing a lowering kit myself. Elite found the issue and corrected my mistake. Their tech also gave me great tips for preventative maintenance on my N20, and everyone there is a real enthusiast. Will be bringing my car back here in the future, especially for the timing chain.

Janelle was very helpful in getting warranty work authorized. Outside of warranty, pricing was way below pricing from the dealership. I highly recommend Elite Bimmer East.
