Please do your self a favor and never go to this service department. They wasted hours of my time before finally telling me they would not replace my battery even though it was only two years old and the battery has a free three year replacement. If you’re in need of service find a local or mobile mechanic trying to support their family. please please please don’t waste your money here. Find a trustworthy human being that can warrantee your parts and doesn’t waste your time or money.

My wife and I want to thank Jeff Herber for his awesome and friendly service. The minute we walked in he recognized my wife and helped us right away. We really appreciate his great service and we will continue to comeback to Earnhardt Queen Creek CDJR Service Center as long as they have awesome people like Jeff, thank you again for your service. This service center has been a thorn in my side since I bought my vehicle. I’ve had multiple issues with my vehicle (all under warranty) and every time, they tell me to drop my van off for three days before they will even look at it. Most recently, I took my vehicle in for two separate issues, both were covered, and was told my warranty rental was only good for 5 days but they would have my vehicle a total of 7 days at minimum because they have to wait on a part. I have 3 sick babies and a teenager I need to get to school and am expected to figure it out for myself or pay for a rental when I purposely bought an extended warranty at time of purchase to avoid having to come out of pocket hundreds of dollars later. I would understand if the hold up was waiting on the part but it took the dealership three days to even look at my vehicle. I specifically explained to the service advisor my situation when dropping off my vehicle as I was unloading and then installing my 4 car seats. He said he would do his best to get it looked at by Thursday yet still waited until Friday. I just don’t understand why they are unable to just tell me when they can look at it and I can bring it in then? Why do they need to hold the vehicle for so long? I will never buy a vehicle from this location or take my vehicle here again for service if it can be avoided. At least one thing to look forward to my warranty running out and that’s not having to go here again. Edit: I received my vehicle a day early but the same sensor I took in to fix went off on my way home from the dealer. I tried to call them but my service advisor was not there and it is now two days and I’ve not heard back after leaving two messages(one with another service advisor and one via voice mail). I did, however, receive a response to my review. That’s good to know for future reference that reviews are more of a priority than customer calls. I will be reaching out to the dealer for a resolution.

For years I've gone to the Earnhardt dealership in Gilbert that is 2 miles from my home (also where I bought my Jeep). This location is 13 miles (20 minutes) from my home and I will only take my jeep to this dealership moving forward. As soon as I pulled in, they were attentive and within minutes Jeffery Herber came out to start the process. He provided so much information and answered all my questions, I was blown away. After we discussed my main issue, he provided additional insight and ideas to help me enjoy my jeep, the way he enjoys his jeep. The experience is amazing compared to the Gilbert location. These guys care and it doesn't feel like they can blow off regular customers because they are so busy. Nobody gets excited about the service they receive from a dealership, but these guys changed my mind and I hope everyone can have a similar experience. Thank you Jeffery!!

I've been bringing vehicles here for service since they've opened. The lack of communication internally & with customers has remained consistent over the years in the service department. Honesty would be preferred over standard excuses regarding delays & work performed. I was shocked after the last service visit, no one seemed to really know what was being done to my truck & a repeat issue regarding my brakes that I requested to be check, again, I was told, (again) brake dust. After reviewing the receipt of work it reflected "replace brake pads". They may be able to handle oil changes, but anything beyond that I would not recommend.
