Outstanding service by front door Secretary/Greeter until all first free oil change, tire rotation, et al. Great service without much wait time. They offered me a ride, but I just wanted to rest in their comfy lounge. What a GREAT place to buy a car/truck. "Todd" got me financed for my truck. Three months later, my first free oil change.

The phone in service is never answered by an actual person, so when I had a question that the automated system couldn’t answer, I had to leave a message. This went unanswered for a few days. I called back and left another message. Then decided to call and press the number to connect to sales, as I thought when a dealership wants to make a sale, the customer service is better. I reached an actual person, explained that I had a question and needed to talk to an actual person in service. She said she would stay on the line and make sure I was connected. However, after holding a short time, she connected me to a voicemail. Finally, someone got back to me and I was able to then get my appointment scheduled. Quite a frustrating process. The service, however, is always friendly and completed professionally, which is the most important.

View on GoogleSo far with this store its been pleasant and professional. Their inspection report is clear to read and their recommendations are reasonable. The cost for repairs unfortunately are crazy high given the ease of the repair and the cost of the parts. But for the most part they've been transparent and easy to work with

Top rated mechanics performed Excellent work on the repairs of several issues: ignition cylinder affecting the start of the vehicle and the computer reading. Alternator, battery and the tension pulley along with the surpentine belts. An oil change was provided free of charge due to change of the completion date. AJ kept me informed on the repair status. Professional, attentive as always, caring, polite and explain the repair process Thank you AJ and Earnhardt Chevrolet Service Department which newly opened in Queen Creek, Arizona.
