The employees are incredibly nice and helpful. The negative here was they tell you it’s best to make an appointment for a quicker turn around so that’s what we did. Was told it would take an hour but almost three hours later my tires were done. It was a case of over sell and under deliver.

He took the time to share a personal story about his wife’s Yukon and tire issues on a high-mileage vehicle, which helped him relate to our situation and made the conversation feel honest and respectful rather than sales-driven. Although the recommendation was ultimately to replace the tires and we’ll likely move forward elsewhere, I truly appreciate Dustin and his team for their attentiveness and efforts to help resolve the issue.

View on GoogleTake you car somewhere else. Last year, they crushed all of my side skirts by lifting the car incorrectly. When I talked to the manager, he said that I had no proof and their cameras are up in the ceiling so they didn’t get it. Just got my tires replaced yesterday and the service is just horrible. I get my car back and all of my things are just thrown around in my car. They also didn’t let me know that my spare tire couldn’t get a tire swap on, I had to just figure it out on my own.
