Had a HVAC Blower Motor Assembly replaced. When picking up the vehicle, I noticed that the hood didn’t appear to be completely closed. The service advisor walked out with me as I brought it to his attention. The Tech/Mechanic who worked on my truck left a screwdriver resting inside (circled in red) the threshold above the grill which caused the hood to appear as if it wasn’t completely closed on the left side. The service advisor had a look of embarrassment on his face and made the excuse of saying “the screwdriver has a black handle and I can see how the Tech forgot it”. The protocol for CBA Tech/Mechanics is that when the job is completed, they turn the keys over to the Service Advisor and the service advisor ask a series of questions with one being “No Tools left inside of the Vehicle?” This clearly wasn’t asked/check after completion of the service repair. Now I have a slightly warped hood on the left side of my truck. Attention to detail is essential.

Kevin, Eric and the team of Technicians Were amazing to work with. I received a proposal from big O Tires and they quoted me $1400 for the repair. I brought that proposal to Christian Brothers, and they reinspected the vehicle and found a completely different issue from what was originally quoted by big O tires and saved me quite a bit of money on the new identified repair. The team was very detailed, communication was on point, and time efficiency on getting the vehicle back to me was excellent. They we’re friendly, professional, and didn’t pressure me to do other work. The price was the same I pay back home. All in all an excellent experience. I would use them again if I lived in the area.
