I've brought my 2009 Nissan Sentra and 2004 Toyota Solara to Bill with multiple issues over the years and he always does excellent work for a reasonable price. My last problem a week ago was an oil leak, I was pretty worried, but just a bad oil drain plug. Never been to a more honest, fair auto mechanic in my 35 years of owning cars.

Disappointing experience- would not recommend! Took my vehicle to Bills Auto for a check engine light. I knew what the cause was but wanted a professional approach on what was causing this code. Bill sold me that he was 1 of the best Mercedes and Audi mechanics around and talked me out of taking it to the dealer. Just a good salesman.... after I took my work van to Bills Auto he wanted me to invest several hours on troubleshooting and diagnostic which i agreed too. But I cut short after 3 hours and $470 that basically bought me nothing. He had no clue why the engine light was on. Bill wanted the van for another 3 or 4 hours at $150 and hour with no guarantee on his time. Plus he told me that his mechanic shop couldn't continue the process because his lift wasn't strong enough to carry my van and equipment inside. Basically pay me for the work we have done and take your vehicle somewhere else because I can't continue. Bill if you weren't able to handle the problem I had with my vehicle you shouldn't of taken the job. You're business ethics are terrible and obviously you don't care about your customers. I'm proof of this! After being at Bills auto I took my van to the dealer and after a day the of diagnosing it turned out being a faulty engine computer which was replaced and totally fixed. Save yourself a headache and lots of money and find another shop that won't charge you with no end in sight.

Was quoted by several shops my rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Drop my wife’s vehicle over here at Bill‘s auto repair. Bill called me two hours later and said it was just simply a screw loose. It’s been running perfectly ever since. The last honest Mechanic.

Got new motor installed 6k and lifter is ticking soon as I drive away so I bring it back and Bill said you haven't even drove it 500 miles to break in motor so I did and when I brought it back it was still ticking so he claimed he called O'Reilly to get warranty work done and they said not yet because the ticking is intermitten and to wait until it need an oil change after 3k more miles. So now it's louder but still intermitten so no worries engine has a 5 year warranty he assured me. So when I pick the truck up he says drive it and soon as I left the bolt in the uniball snapped so now it's going to get new lift kit. Different shop offers to do warranty repairs, but were denied by O'Reilly's since this shop is local that did the install so they said I need to bring it back to them well after the suspension was replaced the transmission started slipping so I had to pay to get new transmission installed and after that I called Bill and he said sorry motor is now out of warranty last month that it was only a 3 yr warranty not a 5yr. So I looked through my paperwork and yes only 3 yr warranty so now I'm stuck paying top dollar for a broken motor. Worst experience and ultimately a waste of money not to mention the lack of care for the vehicle while it was at the shop as they damaged my wrap job on the hood . - stars F-

I’ve been taking my vehicles here for the last 8 years. Great customer service and communication throughout the repair process. My car was recently brought in at the end of the business day and by the next afternoon I had answers for my problems and options to proceed with. 10/10 would recommend this shop.
