Super Star Car Wash - Full Service - 19th Ave & Baseline Rd

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED HERE! I don't know if the crew hated me or what. I went here because of all the good reviews. I had my car and my wife's car interior detailed here and the cleanliness was a joke. Basically, they wipe everything down quickly and then drench it with some oily liquid that makes everything shine. It also makes everything gross. It was literally dripping off of the controls. I had to reclean both vehicles when they were done. They didn't even vacuum under the front seats. I'll admit that they did a decent job shampooing the floor that's readily visible. Even worse, I paid extra to get the rims buffed and I had to finish that myself. And the worst part yet? The sales guy talked me into getting the paint buffed and now my hood has scratches all over it. I'm sure the drive-through and vacuums are fine, but don't pay for anything extra because you'll be disappointed if not pissed off. I've included photos of the grease and dirt they failed to "detail" and photos of how it looked after I finished the job for them. Oh, and pictures of my scratched hood.

ETA: I reached out to customer service like the company’s response suggested me too. Might I add, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever seen from a claims department. They left me hanging without any progression in my claim for months, I hardly received responses from the agent and never received any contact from the direct location that caused this. When I asked to escalate my claim they ultimately ghosted me. Don’t waste your time at this place and don’t risk destroying your hard earned vehicles for a quick wash. Be smarter than me. I washed my new car twice through the express car wash and noticed scratches on my car that weren’t there previously when I purchased the car, I took photos of my car and the scratches after the second time. However my car really needed a wash and I assumed that if I did a full service I wasn’t going to be using the express car tunnel to wash it. I told the attendant my fears and he assured me that if it was scratched again and listened to him against my better judgment, if it did happen he assured me he would do what he could to take care of me and proceeded to take photos of my vehicle. I did a full service and then noticed the scratches were worse and brought to their attention only for the “manager” to gaslight me and tell me my car wouldn’t have gotten scratched by them because their bristles are “soft”. Well what could’ve caused the scratches if I have proof that they weren’t there prior to the tunnel wash? He didn’t try to offer me a discounted rate for the polish to fix the issue and didn’t attempt to make it right either.

1/15/2025 4:10 Wish they would have put as much effort in washing my small SUV, As they did trying to get me to purchase an unlimited wash contract. Won’t be going back. Purchased an ultra star wash for $40 and a $10 tip.

Simon & the crew was amazing! Basically pumped my ride and made it look brand new again! Removed adhesive glue off my window and also got rid of the big white streak on the of my car! You got to go check them out if you want a top notch detail inside and out! Make sure you ask for Simon, Ivan, & Christian! Also again s/o the crew that did the detail, wish I got their names!!

I am completely blown away by the job that Simon Ivan and the detail crew did on my Subaru. The interior was a disaster ! Upholstery was covered with all things baby but they made it look like new!! Simon and Ivan were so helpful in scheduling what I needed to get done to get it clean . Thank you all for a GREAT job!! I’m glad Simon suggested the clay bar treatment.
