I heard about Manny and his team from a friend after our family mechanic retired. So glad we started coming to Zarate two years ago! We recommend them to everyone. Communication is great, pricing is fair, oil change is cheaper than a Take 5, and everyone is genuinely kind and personable. The wait for an oil change is longer than a quick services place, but Zarate has a lot of appointments available and offers free beverages in a large air-conditioned waiting room with TVs. They even have a books and a box of toys for little kids to play with (they even got some new ones recently). They remember us whenever we come and they actually want to know how we’re doing. Everyone I’ve seen here has authentic rapport with Manny and the team and I’ve never seen someone leave unhappy. I’ve been picky with mechanics because we are used to doing the work ourselves. Coming here, we can trust we’re being treated right. That’s why we keep coming back.

Searching for a mechanic that can chew gum and operate a wrench is tougher then you might expect in todays world. This shop seems to have a few and has earned a life long customer. Happy to say when a dealer rejects your 15 year old car due to age it’s a sad day and a good day to make new friends. Zarate auto did just that providing fantastic accommodations. I have been a client of ZARATE before it was ZARATE and stayed because The techs take great honest care of my vehicles. I have an older model vehicle & I know they hate to see me coming to piece it back together lol But they keep me running with all the minor and major things needed. I’ve even cheated and went elsewhere , only to have to go to them to “finish” the job correctly. I’ve had “emergencies” where they would fit me in and get me on my way. The staff is friendly & the guard dog is the shops show stopper. Price is what shops prices are, but you are getting honest & knowledgeable techs. Because I continue to take my 25 year old car to them, She’s still running! Thank you to all of the staff for the great service & customer service I receive.

I've been doing business with Kirk for over 40 years. He's now working with the Zarate's and I've come to realize they have the same honest work ethic as Kirk and his late father have always had.
