I’ve been using this location for the past several years and have always had good experiences. The staff is friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. Most recently, I had an electrical “ghost” in my Ford Econoline van that took several weeks to properly track down, repair, and test. This was a difficult issue that turned out to be a combination of problems, and they eventually moved the van to their specialty shop for additional diagnostics. Through the whole process, they didn’t give up and stayed committed to finding the root cause. Communication updates could have been a little better at times, but to be fair, this was a tough and time-consuming repair. In the end, they got it fixed and everything is working properly again, so I’m happy with the outcome.

I’ve serviced three cars at Wilhelm and every time I’ve been impressed with their service and upbeat attitude. They also will never perform additional work without first getting the customer’s approval. If the dealership had the same level of service and professionalism, I would take my new vehicle there, but it’s not even close.

Very easy to work with! I took my car in because the AC was blowing warm air, and they provided me with a detailed report along with pictures so I could actually see the problem myself. They also pointed out a few other things I wasn’t aware of. Tony was great to work with and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend them
