What to give a shout out to the awesome team at Scott's German Auto Repair here in Peoria, Arizona! First time visitor but wll be a long time patron to their business. I had recently purchased a used 2023 BMW X5 from Colorado online out of state buyer, and had the PPI done by, you guess it, Scott's of Greeley Colorado who have an awesome staff who helped me with the inspection which helped me make a decision to purchase a unicorn X5. Now I recently put new tires on since receiving the X5 via transport from Colorado and had Scotts German Auto Repair in Peoria do the alignment and overall inspection of the vehicle to start my new life as a proud owner of the BMW X5. None of this couldnt be possible without the confidence driven by the Scott's Automotive staff in both Colorado and here in Peoria that they instilled. Adrian who navigates the service portion provided me with a full understanding of what they do and who they went about taking my X5 in and what to expect. They have an out of the box approach to customer service that you will not find anywhere else, and anyone that has a German product should feel confident that they at Scotts of Peoria will help you at every turn, they are just that good at what they do and how they approach you as a customer. You may think this is a gimic, believe me, I know customer service and world class service, Scott's may not be perfect at times but they have the aptituted and devotion to helping us the customer to the best of what they have to offer without compromise. This place is outstanding! They did a brake fluid change and tire rotation on my 2023 Audi Q7 for a very competitive price. Also included was the most thorough inspection report I’ve seen in my 68 years. Front office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the work was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
