10 STARS !! Can’t say enough good things about Kyle ( Director) Scotts Auto on Thunderbird went ABOVE AND BEYOND TODAY FOR OUR BMW. Brought my car there yesterday for check engine light ..need a valve replaced and something for emissions to pass .Kyle thoroughly explained what was going on with it Knowledgeable, friendly n courteous. He went Above n Beyond for us Personally took the car through emissions to pass it! Class act ! The staff are so friendly and very reasonable priced Would highly recommend Scott’s Auto ! Would never trust anyone else! Very Satisfied ! Cannot say enough Great things about them! Thank you! We appreciate you helping us!

Deborah is a great service advisor. She got me rescheduled quickly after I forgot about my appointment. She is professional and knowledgeable. You can tell she really enjoys her job and takes an interest in her customers. The work was done right on time and for a great price! Deborah said there was a part that needed to be replaced that is best if it is the OEM part. She quickly ordered it and scheduled me for a return to install it and flush out the brake system. It’s great to know you have a place you can trust. Thanks again Deborah for doing a great job and actually making a service visit a pleasant experience!

I had a great experience at Scott’s South Peoria Automotive. They replaced my brake pads, flushed the brake fluid, and fixed my AC, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. They took the time to explain what was needed, and I never felt pressured—just well taken care of. My car feels great now, and my AC is working perfectly again (which is huge in this Arizona heat!). Honest, reliable, and great communication. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them

I am very thankful and appreciate that extra step they did. Johnny was very knowledgeable, and also very thorough, and took the time to go over all the maintenance with me that needed to be done.
