Kevin and his crew took excellent care of my car. Despite living nowhere near "R" Garage, but having been recommended by my brother, who worked in mechanical himself and went to school with one of the technicians there, I'll be coming back for any oil changes and mechanical work in the future as I can tell they work with honesty and integrity and are not trying to nickel and dime with every possible upcharge they can. The hype is well deserved and it's worth the drive. They charge a very fair price for their work, they went above and beyond with the scope of work that was performed for said price, they didn't take long to do it all and they provided top-notch customer service and kindness, even hanging around the shop for an extra 30 minutes after closing so I could get my car. I'm more than happy with the results. Genuine, family run business and I'm happy to be a customer for life.

From the moment we called, Kevin had been professional, kind, and flexible. We have a BMW X1 and at the time the dealership was closed and all the other auto shops either didn’t have the tools needed for a part, or quoted so high.
