The endless 5 star reviews mentioning integrity and honesty for Ken's Auto Repair Shop got my attention. I went there and walked into a quiet room with comfortable chairs. I was greeted quickly; the scheduler and I sat in smaller quiet area, going over what my vehicle needed. All around, a nice experience that makes KARS a keeper, plus, it is a shop that will only use Original Equipment Manufacturer parts.

View on GoogleThey were able to get me in same day after my car was suddenly undriveable. In addition they were honest with me and told me it was only a cheap part that needed to be replaced. I know if they wanted to they could have told me it was the very expensive fix I assumed it needed and I would never have known differently. I think other car places would have lied to me to take my money but they didnt and I am so grateful for that. I wish I had found them sooner. I highly recommend this place. Will be using them from now on for all my auto repair needs.
