I have been coming to Joe’s Auto for about 7 or 8 years now. I have never had a problem with their service or staff. Mike the manager has always been super helpful and honest. He is quick to diagnose a problem and his team are quick on the repair. They do quality work and I’ve never had any issues. Mike and his team even go as far as to advise me of upcoming issues to look out for and are always willing to work with me. I understand some people may be put off but I’ve never had any issues issue and I always recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

We had some intermitent AC issues with our VW Atlas. Taylor took note of our issue and successfully diagnosed and predicted the cost of service for us at drop off. She was honest when I asked if she knew how long it would take, but did assure me I will hear from them by a certain time to provide an update on what they've discovered. After a few days of driving in 100+ degree heat, I am assured the service they provided fixed the issue. I appreciate the transparency and the fact that they could solve the problem with one visit. I'd recommend Joe's Auto for others because of the appropriately set expectations and follow through and communication while they had our vehicle.

Always trust and appreciate the interaction with Mike either in person or on the phone. Pretty much the reason I’ve returning over the last 3-4 years.

I don’t often do reviews but the team at Joes automotive went above and beyond to help out in an unforeseen circumstance. I was stopped at a warehouse In the same complex and found I was missing a nut, on the bolt that holds in my lower control arm. Very bad, and very dangerous. I tried the parts store and Home Depot in the parking lot with no luck finding the nut. I have never been to Joes auto I went in simply to see if they had an old nut laying around. The sent me with one but it was to big. I limped my truck over there. The service writer/gentleman In the show room(I didn’t get his name). Quickly came out to the truck and took a look. Found a nut and got it installed almost instantly. Even with some locktite so it wouldn’t back out again. The tech (Daniel I believe his name was) came out with a breaker bar and wrench to make sure it was good and tight for me. On top of that they shook my hand and said I was good to go with the used nut and short time of help. I will be bringing them a gratuity this week as I didn’t have cash on me. Very grateful for professionalism, desire to help, and the kindness they showed when they could’ve easily told me no and to have a good day. Included is a before picture, I failed to take an after picture but imagine this. With a nut attached to the end! Thank you from the guy with the grey Chevy.

These guys are great! Don't know what I would've done without them. My AC went out in my work van and they got me in immediately, troubleshooted and repaired the issue and now its good as new. They even offered financing which helped out tremendously. I received the same incredible service when my Van's cooling system spring a leak. I depend on my vehicle for work and they did all repairs with minimal downtime. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here, and I highly recommend Joe's Auto to anyone seeking minor, and major vehicle maintenance and repairs. Thanks guys!
