I went in for an alignment, and it came out worse than before they started. After they tried to get it right three times they decided to tell me my ball joints were bad why wouldnt they say that before they tried to do it. I would have been better off trying to do it in my driveway by myself.

Told me my control arms were off and they had to fix it before they did my alignment I agreed since I was going to get on the road to Texas, they charged me for “fixing my control arms and the alignment “ I had an emergency to get to Texas and couldn’t go back to tell them the steering wheel was still not aligned. I arrived to Texas and my wheel comepleteley went in sideways, had I still been at highway speeds I would have had a horrible accident. These people do not care about your safety or vehicle only about earning a dollar. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SCAMMED ME AND PUT MY LIFE AT RISK DO NOT COME HERE
