Great experience at Christian Brothers Automotive. Everyone was friendly, professional, and thorough, and the entire alignment process was very efficient. Their shuttle service made everything especially convenient, and the vehicle inspection and recommendations were accurate and aligned with what I already knew about the car. I really appreciated the quality of service and would definitely recommend them.

From the start the way they received me and easy way to schedule my appointment for the same day. The whole process they kept me well informed and the clarity and detail of how they presented what was done to my car and what they recommended for future visits digitally and very well explained made it very easy for me to understand. View on GoogleUpdate on previous review - Wonderful facility and staff! They worked on my car and it unexpectedly took more time due to an issue with parts. I was not happy about this and the fact that when I got my car back, it was quite dirty and I had just had it detailed. They listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. They came and picked up my car up (I work at home), took it back to the shop, performed two additional services that had been recommended for free, and brought my car back nice and clean. They really want to make their customers happy so they have now partnered with a car wash that is close by. Thank you Christian Brothers!
View on GoogleVery pleased with our first visit to CB for an oil change & tire rotation. Very friendly team with a nice facility - waited while the work was being performed - in a very nice waiting area. I don't typically send my wife in to auto shops - well I would but she won't have it... But even she would be impressed with the cleanliness of the restroom - so for any of you ladies out there who are fussy about cleanliness...they do a good job (hear that guys?, keep it up so the ladies are OK with the facilities...) I'll be back for the friendly help maintaining our vehicles.

The entire interaction was professional and friendly. Every cost was upfront and explained in detail on the report. When we researched the cost we should expect, they were on the low end of the range we found. I HIGHLY recommend Christian Bros!
