Nobody wants to deal with vehicle repairs but when they are necessary I only use Christian Brothers. They do quality work at a fair price. Their staff are also excellent with dealing with the aftermarket auto warranty companies and if you have one you know how difficult they can be. Thank you guys appreciate all you do.

From the very first conversation, I was blown away with the customer service! Ben was extremely helpful and pleasant and able to help me navigate getting my clutch replaced. He was amazing at keeping me updated along the way! Besides the great customer service, Christian Brothers was also the lowest price quote I got from all the places I called! They arranged for a complimentary tow to pickup my car the very next morning, and had the clutch done the next day. They also did a complete inspection with pictures and videos and went over everything with me over the phone. I have about 500 miles on the new clutch, and it is driving great! Feels like a new car. I will (and already have) absolutely recommend them to anyone I know that needs car repairs! One more shout out to Ben, since he was my only point of contact for the repairs... Best customer service I've experienced in years. No joke.

She kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I was comfortable with the recommended work before anything was done. There were no surprises, just honest communication and steady updates. My Volvo V50 came back running smoothly, and the whole process felt organized and stress-free. Rebecca made what is usually an inconvenient situation feel straightforward and well-managed. I would definitely trust her and the team again for future service.

Talk about a great business! I’ve been coming to this Christian Brothers for 8 years and won’t go anywhere else. They are incredibly courteous, transparent, and straightforward about their repairs. The shuttle service is a life saver, and even with my Hyundai being 8 years old and having over 150,000 miles she stills runs beautifully thanks to their service. I make sure to tell everyone about some of the only honest mechanics I’ve found.

Paid $3,085 for fuel pump replacement on our Touareg — failed again within days, same stalling/no-accel issue. Brought it back, paid another $606 to "recheck" their own repair, including a $298 charge for road testing. Their own paperwork shows the odometer in and odometer out were identical — they never actually drove it to verify the fix. Picked the car up and the oil light was flashing, telling us to shut the engine off. Had to add 7.2 quarts on the spot. The car had been noted as slightly overfilled at intake, so somewhere in their possession it went from full to empty with zero added miles. Engine now appears damaged. After my husband left an honest 1-star review, a manager called my daughter — not to apologize, but to push back on it, and ended up contradicting himself on the phone about what happened to the oil. Would not trust this location with your car.
